The Moraiolo Home Restaurant
Moraiolo Home Restaurant was born from the passion in cooking typical dishes with genuine products, selected from the family-run farms of Campello sul Clitunno and neighboring towns.
The menu is constantly updated based on the raw materials that the season and our garden offer us.
The memory of my mother who cooked the typical specialties of Cascia and Norcia inspired my culinary passion that I have constantly cultivated by cooking for friends and family.
Our specialties represent a combination of the flavors of the Norcia and Cascia traditions and the typical dishes of the Spoleto area that I learned to know and cook when I moved to Campello sul Clitunno as a young girl. My brother-in-law’s mother taught me how to cook cheese pizza, the famous Spoleto attorta, asparagus strangozzi and truffle specialties and other typical dishes, teaching me secrets and cooking techniques passed down from her mother.
The Moraiolo Home Restaurant is located on a hillside among olive trees and enjoys a wonderful view
Secluded and quiet location with tables outside or inside our lounge to spend pleasant evenings eating great food; a unique alternative to traditional restaurants, as it allows the customer to enjoy a private and private dinner with a relaxed atmosphere and the opportunity to socialize in a more intimate setting.
We organize evenings with themed events: tasting of the new organic oil Il Moraiolo from our farm, tasting of wines from local wineries, promotion of local products.
