The extra virgin olive oil “Il Moraiolo” is extracted from olives grown in Italy, alphanumeric code PG 128. Cultivation is done with traditional methods using grazing animals and organic farming with EC control regime.
The company is controlled by the Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification (ICEA) aut. Min. P.A.F.
“Il Moraiolo” is produced in Campello sul Clitunno, a small town in Umbria (Italy) located on the hills between Assisi and Spoleto, D.O.P. Umbria area n° 1.
The olive grove extends over stony terrain that makes the oil lighter and without acidity, at an ideal altitude ranging from 400 to 600 meters above sea level.
“Il Moraiolo” is an excellent quality oil suitable for all types of dishes, especially raw, ideal for truffle sauces.
